Old warrior, far-walker, said to have been involved in many a great battle or treacherous quest; he will confirm or deny none of it, tight-lipped, but with a gentle, kind-hearted smile. No, he prefers to tell the stories of others. His Charge may be long gone, and his task long ago failed, but he chooses not to dwell on such things; rather than focus on his own regrets, he finds meaning in the challenges, struggles and hard-won victories of others.

Time follows in his wake, threatening to age his muscles and weaken his bones, but it doesn't yet have him in its grasp. And so, he simply lives -- and for as long as he can evade the clutching claws of decay, so he will continue.
