Biography

- born to a pair of perfection-obsessed effluvials who promptly abandoned him by the edge of the wyrmwound
- just so i dont have to keep going back to the subspecies thread (right here btw):

> highly territorial to other albinos (occasional exceptions)
xxx> courtship or bonding often involve extreme displays of sacrifice or faith
xxxxxx> ex. one asks the other to prove their sincerity by sacrificing an "eye" on their wing
> leave a cool flower mark when they inflict their virus strain
xxx> fever + itching at mark site, blooms into "symptoms that cause the victim extreme pain"
xxx> due the erratic and unique nature of an albino's virus strain, a cure is a nigh impossible task (eradication is unfortunately the simplest and most effective solution)
> mark/virus can be used to either control the victim or as a ward to keep them away
xxx> can also be used to send them into a sort of berserker state when paired with aggression pheromones
xxx> does not affect effluvials or most other albinos, but do affect jackdaws, both eboncrow variants and lesser crows
> virus inflicted by claw puncture, but pheromones are secreted by the "eye" on their wing
xxx> damaging the "eye" can cripple that pheromone ability
xxx> rune variants of albino crows (turin) can only wield one pheromone type at a time, while an albino lesser crow may wield several subtle combinations
> bearing the mark of two separate albinos will likely kill the victim
xxx> further isolates albinos from each other
> virus too potent to overtake familiars or beastclan (rip)
> albino crows are often antagonistic, aggressive and/or vain (natural loners)
xxx> blind trust or faith is often regarded as unreliable
xxx> words mean very little - one must go to extreme lengths to get through to them
xxx> i support turin being brazenly antagonistic and preferring being alone or with little company
> plumage holds no value in crow society
> apparel: claw tips (especially for those entrusted to do an albino's bidding), thorn tangles, plumed covers (cloudberry, or the color of their family for 1st gen albinos)
