One of two eggs recovered from the sudden re-introduction of Aether dragons to Sornieth. While his original clan was never found, even through genetic scrying, Avis and Tunicam have each eagerly taken to raising him and Crizza, albeit, quickly limiting access to the library wagon for both.

Chip will follow Caerulum and other ice dragons arund quite frequently, enjoying the chill that often emanates when they more casually let off stored magical energy.
The clan has since started looking into the craft of "gourmet paper", aka, paper made with the intent of being eaten, that will hopefully be different enough from regular paper and parchment that Aethers won't be near as inclined to consume the necessary writing materials.
