Sol

Sól is a type G2V yellow dwarf star of mass approximately (1.98855±0.00025)×10^30 kg. She has her own personal cavern in the lair because she's a bit large, but the clan didn't much mind having to clear some extra space for her because she provides heat and light during the cold winter months where the sun isn't up for as long during the day and when the regional volcano erupts not quite as vigorously.

There is the occasional magnetic storm or coronal mass ejection to deal with, but the clan has learned to roll with the punches.
