Valentina thinks she's the best matchmaker in the clan, but she has no idea who's really pulling the (heart)strings behind the scenes...
Cupid can see into the true center of a dragon's heart. He knows who they truly are, what they desire and what they truly need, and he uses this to just... nudge them towards their perfect match. It was a lovely coincidence that Eisendrache walked into Narrik's tent, of all the ones on the battlefield. Only kismet when Wren and Finch reached for the same perfect orchid at the same perfect moment...

Cupid is an incredibly solitary dragon, much like his holiday kin. He lives alone, only venturing down for a few days every year. When he does, sometimes dragons could swear they never saw him. No rose Obelisk strolled through the market that day. But they did see the most gorgeous blue Wildclaw, a stunning green Imperial, the perfect dragon for them... strange, though, they haven't seen them since Valentines...
