✧ Story (in-progress) Born during the Solar Sacrifice, an annual abandoning of eggs in the hopes of hatching a dragon worthy of being cared for and mentored by the Lightweaver, raised to become a powerful being that could help fight the emperor beasts. On the 57th year of the Solar Sacrifice, one dragon miraculously hatched even though they didn’t have anyone to care for it. It was as if the Lightweaver herself had created this hatchling. Seraph, though unnamed at that time lived their life solitary. They were born without wings, and was shunned by the surrounding clans. Though they held wisdom beyond their ages, understanding they were unaware about. In their head, they were guided by Lightweaver’s voice. They claimed that the gods spoke to them directly. They began to embark on a perilous journey across sorneith, searching for where they came from, where they belong. They were caught in wars, badly injured multiple times by enemies. But Seraph never lost hope in the god. They persevered their quest, even when the days become shade-dark and no hope is felt on the horizon. Seraph traveled for centuries, all alone. Until one night, Seraph felt the worst they had ever experienced. They curled up upon a burnt log, and slipped into a troublesome slumber. ignore my horrible writing lol I need to fix |
