Orange and red hues radiate from Noeul like the sun, as glaring and unwavering as her personality. Noeul is the heart of law and order in Corona, overseeing contracts and agreements with neighboring clans, trade partners, and business affiliates. Petal hired her after the last disaster of a deal made with a Cloudsong clan, when Corona was forced to pay ten tons of tea for violating a clause hidden in fine print. With Noeul's sharp eye for detail and her forthright communication, business owners cannot help but groan and sigh as they attempt to keep up with codes, ordinances, regulations, and rules. Noeul is not all work and no play, of course; she maintains a strict work life balance, clocking out on the dot so that she can sink into her claw-footed tub and unwind with her beloved (and scandalous) romance novels. In these moments, when Noeul's blazing sunbeams dull into soft sunsets, Noeul quietly makes peace with the fact that Corona's troublemakers are bound to violate their contracts, regardless.
