History
Meteora is an orphaned water dragon. Her egg hatched alone in the woods, and it was there that she raised herself. Catching rats, birds and bugs to eat, she figured out everything on her own, so she doesn’t need anybody. One of Aramore’s Advisors, Corundum, found her in the woods outside of the town while she was still young. The only reason he was able to catch her is because she hadn’t figured out how to fly yet.

Her adoptive Father took her home and started to teach her things she didn’t know, and she went to school for the first time and learned how to read and write. All of this felt overwhelming to her. She loved her adoptive Dad, but she felt like she would never be good enough for him. She wasn’t good at any of the things he taught her, so in her fear of being a disappointment she ran away.

She didn’t go far though, she ended up in the city’s underbelly. Working for criminals to get the money she needed to live. That is when she met Jazarus, he was possibly the dumbest dragon she had ever met, so much so that at first, she thought he was playing dumb to trick her. He wasn’t. He was just that kind hearted. He started hanging around her more and more, honestly, she even thought she might be in love with him.

But what if she wasn’t? What if he wasn’t? What if they were and she just ended up being a huge disappointment. She couldn’t stand to see the look on his face, the look she only imagined her father to have after he realized that she had run away. So, she did what she knew was safe, she ended it with him. Now they are just colleagues. No need to make it anything more, now she can’t mess it up for him too.

Personality // At first, Meteora comes off as a cruel, calculating, and arrogant person with little regard for the dragons around her. Because of her high hit count and model-like appearance, she is a confident Dragon, experienced, and has been described as giving off a mature, black widow vibe. Although these are all traits she carries, in actuality once her cover has been completely blown she is shown to be childish, and has a lack of social understanding. Underneath her confidence are insecurities she has carried with her since childhood and a surprisingly humble person who can be earnest.
