The ghost of a grim and pessimistic veilspun who has an impressive command over a horde of vengeful dragon spirits. A long time ago he was very willing to help others, but eventually grew to resent the dragons who were choosing to take advantage of him.

Now, he possesses dragons who have gathered the ire of those around them in order to drive them into ruin. A well known illusionist and mage in life, he has only become stronger with his newfound control over malevolent ghosts.

- appears to be one solid dragon, larger than the average veilspun. however upon closer inspection his body is actually made up of many dragon ghosts. their individual personalities have been lost, leaving only wrath and a desire for vengeance behind. if Mogami's spirit were ever to be destroyed or separated from them, his grip on the horde would vanish, leaving them to mindlessly wreak havoc on their surroundings.
