Biography
"You must be mistaken."
Kelflogh: a mix of 'kellys' and 'flogh', lost and child in Cornish respectively.
Battlemage | Diplomat
Helghylan and Adelade's lastborn son, and Tanyoth and Ruvader's youngest kept grandson- arguably has a claim to the leadership of the Valkyrie, but what use is it when you are the last in line? What use is it when your grandfather is jeered as the weakest?
When he is hatched a rosy pink, it is unknown whether he is a god's joke, or an omen. The Reckless give him to Kensa, and Kensa laughs. She laughs, and the court of the Valkyrie laugh, though his grandfather does not. His grandmother remains beside him, stony-faced. The Gaoler takes the nameless child in, and calls him her lost child. Kelflogh.
The heirs of the Valkyrie are cruel, as he is the first recognized child that is not of Kensa- but he knows they are envious of his fur, just as rosy pink as the Mother's. Kelflogh is a diplomat of the Valkyrie, visiting other clans and exchanging gifts and goods with them. Kef has been mistaken as Kensa's child or grandchild several times, which he never corrects.
He is stand-offish, wary of his cousins who tend to exclude him, and gets along better with the other members of the Valkyrie. He occasionally finds himself at the College, poring over old texts of genetics, color wheels and his 'lucky accident'. He occasionally considers abandoning his post as a diplomat and joining the College, but he finds himself more suited to his job as a diplomat.
[Your cousins will warm up to you in time, Kef.]
