A thief and an assasin, Starbuttons was the first to join the makeshift lair- they were aiming to steal Tideheart's jewelry, her only remaining posessions at the time, only to be thoroughly defeated by Faust. He stuck around after that, and is now more or less just the local troublemaker brat of the Birdcage. Everyone just kind of puts up with their shenanigans.

» He's actually a far more calculating person than their usual childish demeanor would suggest. He only drops the act when he's VERY ticked off.
» Adresses (almost) everyone exclusively by nicknames.
» He's TERRIFIED of Faust, they're the only dragon in the Birdcage he's afraid of.
» Has a minor drinking problem which only Mari knows about- everyone else thinks of them as a child, so they don't suspect he can be usually found at the Moonlit Speakeasy after hours downing bottles he won from her over cards.
» Body parts are all detachable, he often swaps them out for weaponized ones- specifically their tail often functions as a mace or a whip.
» Is actually part of a line of living puppets created to be sold and serve various purposes. Starbuttons was deemed defective during the manufacturing process. He refuses to talk about this.
