Biography
Though descended from Luibh and Tintreach, Dreoilin feels the closest affinity to CaonachBalla.
When Dreoilin stumbled into CaonachBalla's glen while exploring clan lands, the young Imperial and her companion, Finiunacha, were initially startled by the hulking shadow of the Obelisk guardian. However, with a raised eyebrow over a glowing green eye, she bid them both relax, and with a snort, she bid them welcome. Slowly turning away, CaonachBalla continued through her territory and the two knew they were no longer intruders but welcome guests.
No one could have foreseen that "guest" could turn to "inhabitant" so quickly. The peace of, and life within, CaonachBalla's glen called to Dreoilin and Finiunacha more than any other place in the clan's lands. And so, with the permission of both Dreoilin's parents and CaonachBalla herself, they were allowed permanent entry to the glen.
Even now, if you watch carefully, you may see them peak from behind a tree or surface in the water. But otherwise, the clan knows to leave well-enough alone. No one seeks to rouse the ire of the normally stoic CaonachBalla as all know she will demolish those who threaten all she considers in her charge - even the two unknowing intruders who gracelessly stumbled across her sanctuary that one fateful day.
On a cool day in July, Dreoilin found a gem! While puttering about CaonachBalla's glen, she noticed a shimmer and shine stuck between the roots of the elder tree. Wiggling out the gem took time but all her hard work paid off! She adores the shiny and, though it takes two claws and a herculean effort (do we see how big it is???), she shows it off to anyone and anything willing to give her the time of day.

Lo and behold! With some fiddling, Dreoilin was able to use the crystal to transform! Visitors--rare as they are--will see flashes of the sun off the crystal of her tail as she soars above the forest.
