A resilient, soft-spoken imperial with straightforward opinions. He reformed this clan completely after Solaris, the former leader, stepped down from her position. He is fiercely loyal to the Shadowbinder. He's had a few children before he met Antares, including 3 starry demon spirals who tend to wreak havoc on the nearby areas. Fortunately, he captured them and sent them into hibernation indefinitely. Antares understood him and his views and chose to join his clan since she followed the Shadowbinder as well.

Long ago, his parents lived in the clan with him before he became leader. Karito and Oruka chose to leave the clan to embark on new journeys and separate lives after their children grew up and drifted apart. Bael, the last one of Seiun's close siblings, decided not to leave and stayed in the clan with him.
