Residing in the Archives Of Yyls, she studies and protects the historical antiques recovered from Cochlea's fall. From scrolls, to shopping lists to spell books- all of them are sacred in her research. She protects the history of Dragonhome- every small antique holds the lost history in it of one of Dragonhome's most tragic events. The fall of a kingdom: once a safe place for all in the land- now nothing more than scattered stone, sunken in the sacred sands.

Her research accelerated the moment a iridescent crystallised dove flew through the archive windows, carrying a letter sealed with glistening, golden wax. The moment the beautiful bird landed it shone brightly before disappearing, as if it never was there. But the letter remained.

In a delicate handwriting it requested something from her. A secret quest: Travel to the point marked in the map and mutter this spell, in a dry despairing voice, to uncover the truth. Find the scroll from the princess's room and retrieve it, more instructions will be provided once you do so.

And why to Spes was this letter sent? For she would need assistance for this journey, from those she can trust with such a secret.

Magic was Spes' escape from the reality she lived. Life quickly turned unfair, and unaccepting towards her. Her mother never wanted a second daughter, as she would frequently state. And for that, there was a strong clear hatred for her. Constantly compared to her siblings for her shortcomings, and shamed for her successes. Spes jumped at the opportunity to study in the Starfall isles.

It was there where her sorcerers abilities were put to the test. Day and nights she would practice spells from all elements- but there was always one which hurt more than the others. The cold. Her feathers would freeze over, scales and skin breaking out into urticaria. A great burden it was, but a necessary one to carry. For without one of the eleven elements, how would her spell book be complete?

Shortcomings aside, it was during her studies where she heard of the Kingdom of Cochlea, a tale buried in the history of Dragonhome. A rich, sacred palace home to all one second, ruins scattered in the desert sand the next. Not only that, the kingdom was known for its corruption with the Ancient Earth Magic its leaders selfishly kept for themselves, and hid amongst the palace grounds. Yet how the kingdom fell is still a mystery, along with the secrets held within.

Spes was referred by her professors to speak with a painter of the Starfill Isles about her interest in Ancient Earth Magic. Shortly, after speaking with this painter, she was referred to work in the Archives Of Yyls. After being empty for decades finally someone could be trusted to study these ancient artifacts.

The two of them work side by side, growing quite close. Spes is the only one who knows of Fides' location.

Walking around the City Of Yyls, Spes was quick to recognise the distant melody from afar, for it was half of the duet she was learning herself. Taking note, she routinely would wander the city the same time of day hoping to find where that music was coming from, with her violin equipped to complete the melody.

Taking initiatively, she began to play, the piece in which she wished to complete. To her joy, a distant harp completed her phrases, which she followed to a small home above a cafe. Thursday- a struggling musician working as a barista by day, music by night.

Quickly the two resonated on their love for art and music. The comfort she felt when with him, the safety and hope. Yet when she came too close, his feathers radiated a coldness, a freezing so painful she couldn't bear.
