Rosefire was always a bitter dragon.
Nobody, not even Icefire, knows why she was so bitter all the time, or why she always disliked Wildclaws. She was kind and gentle to her children and mate, but snappish around anyone else, which increased over time due to the arrival of Vaermina, who she immediately disliked.
