"Here?"

The guardian turned to the Umbra wolf beside her, gesturing to a cleared out area of the Driftwood Drag. The beginnings of a great lair. The wolf grumbled happily and padded forwards, sniffing around, fixing a few breaks in the brambles... But the area seemed to be to it's satisfaction.
"Good. Creatus should arrive soon. I think things will work out this time."

The wolf stopped dead in its tracks, throwing a glare towards the guardian behind it. Wolven shrank under the glowing eyes, adverting her gaze. Seeing her uneasiness, the wolf softened and let out a tired huff, letting its head droop.
"....I trust you, Wolven. Just.... Remember the cave."
The voice that came from the wolf was deeply unsettling in itself, regardless of the cryptic words. Yet the aura seemingly had no impact on Wolven, who merely gave a smile.
"Of course. Everything'll be back to normal soon, Void, I promise."

The wolf gave a dry chuckle.
"....Don't make a promise you can't keep, my child."
