Orochimaru

"Do you promise to say the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth?" Asked the judge, the green banescale thought for a moment "No." The crowd gave a little gasp and the judge narrowed her eyes, Eleanor was her name, very good at her job "And why, is that?" The banescale gave a wisp of a sly smile but kept quiet. A skydancer stepped up "You will answer any questions her honor asks!" He shrieked with a squeaky voice. Yet again the green dragon kept quiet, his head cocked to the side in amusement, his bright glowing red eyes Catching the eyes the dergs in the room methodically. "And what happens if I don't, will I be hanged? Beaten? Tortured?" His deep voice spoke up calmly. The skydancer now looking more furious then ever stood up "Do not ask questions, your job is to answer what her hono-" he paused his shreiking as Eleanor lifted a paw in the motion for him to stop "Grimm, please get yourself a coffee" the skydancer nodded and sulked off. She turned her pretty face back to the banescale "We are not savages, Orochimaru… Youre in this court for numerous counts of murder, treachery, stealing, public fights, being a part of a mafia gang, I'm pretty sure you're the baddie here, not us. We try to limit violence to the clients, unless it's… necessary." She gave him another one of her looks, the council and aturneys We're flabbergasted, no judge has ever had such a long conversation with a prisoner, Orochimaru broke the silence "We're all savages, it's in our nature. Some a bit less than others, some in different ways… Now, If you'll excuse me, I have things to do and placed to be." He stood up and walked, at first everyone was still, then once they realised what was happening they began shouting and scrambling after him, guards began chasing him, yet the banescale continued to walk in a steady pace. He reached the door before they grabbed him and then the rush stopped. They had all forgotten him the moment he was out of sight, when asked about him it would be like the words where at the tip of there tongue but they wouldn't know what they where. He gave himself a smile and walked down the hall. Grimm looked and saw Orochimaru, he nodded "good day sir, anything I can do to help?" The banescale shook his head and walked out the door. He had a boss to report too.

Orochimaru washed of the last flecks of blood from his wings and dried himself up, today had been a long day, torturing killing and getting drakes to do stuff. He sighed and walked into the living room, smiling as he saw Briany, his sweet little adopted hatchling,
“Hiiii” shouted Briany excitedly as she came to hug the banescale. He hugged back, caressing the young gaolers fur,
“Hi, how was your day?” he purred in his deep voice,
“It was FABULOUS, I was playing with Starshine and Minty, aaaand they gave me this!” She broke of from the hug and came back grinning while holding a box of markers, Orochimaru’s heart melted, he would do anything to see Briany smile.
“Did you draw anything yet?” he picked up a yellow marker, examining it.
“No” she sighed “We don't have any paper.” she looked up at the banescale “Uunnlleess I open a tattoo pallor!” Briany jumped up and started stacking boxes, next she wrote ‘Tattoo pallor’ on the box at the top and sat down behind the boxes, her head barely visible behind the stack. Orochimaru chuckled and went to the pallor
“Ooh what a lovely tattoo place, I must get one! And what a fine young lady too!” Briany giggled at this
“Wanna tattoo? The price is cheap, just one gem!” she put on a merchants voice,
“Well, this is quite the offer! What do you tattoo?” he looked at her with a warm smile, Briany thought for a moment and then beamed as she answered,
“Rainbows, unicorns and happy faces” The banescales face fell for a split second
“a happyface then, and on my claw please.” he stuck out his foot and tried not to move as Briany drew on him,
“Done!” she said triumphantly after a minute of sticking her tongue out, trying to get it juuuust right. Orochimaru grinned at the badly drawn happyface,
“A masterpiece, Leonardo da Vinci couldn't of done better.” he chuckled, Briany began talking but he was already far far away, thinking about how Briany would act like if she knew, what he did as a job, the people he killed, he knew that he was not a good drake, after all he killed Briany’s parents, he calmed himself “she wont ever know” he mumbled
