A beautiful nereid queen, residing deep in her underwater palace, fell in love with a dragon who lived by the sea. She would sneak off to the surface every day to see her. They wished to the ocean to grant them a child, and the ocean obliged. A lone dragon egg surfaced the water, seashells clung to its sides. Serenity was hatched and loved by her mothers, and by the sea.

Her familiar is the beautiful Maren guard Cordelia, she's been by Serenity's side for many years. Cordelia was trained to protect the ocean's princess, and has been her closest companion and confidant ever since. Those with a perceptive eye will notice their romantic feelings for each other.
