He earned the name of Whelm, meaning to submerge or engulf, due to his tendencie to pull anything he can get his claws and fang on beneth the water at high speed. Tho it is mostly done playfully, he isnt fully aware of his strengh, making those games potentialy dangerous for the victim.

While still having an adventurous nature like most multi elementals of his kind, Whelm prefer to display this side of himself by doing daring stunts, acting on impulse rather then thinking of the consequances for himself or whoever get too close of him.

He prefer water to dry land, going so far as to flood his living space. Asside from being a mild inconvenience for any visitors, it does complicate thing if one's is starting to hoard precious items. Luckly for him, most of the magical artefacts he have collected so far are not affected by the fact that they are sitting in water, he dosnt seem to know what any of them does tho...
