Iason was known among his clanmates as the "constant worrier." A helpful worrier, but a constant one nonetheless. There was nothing that concerned Iason more than the wellbeing on his clanmates, especially with the clan's main defenders. More often than not, Iason was mulling over how fighters should take better care of themselves, but naturally, he never even bothered to bring up the idea to those reckless dragons. He was well-aware that his words would simply fall on deaf ears. As soon as a trio of dragons returned whatever escapade they had been on (be it fighting Beastclan warriors, or even simply patrolling the perimeters of their base), Iason was on the scene, perceptively scanning every member for injuries. As the clan's main healer, it was his duty, naturally. "Nothing feels like its hurting," they would complain impatiently, itching to get back to action, and Iason would roll her eyes. "Yes, well, you can't always feel when you've been poisoned, now can you?' That usually silenced them. Regardless of the situation, Iason was always prepared to help out with his herbs— freshly picked, of course. Not only was he the main healer, but also the best scavenger. It came as second nature, really. It might've sounded a tad bit arrogant, but Iason didn't really trust any other dragon to do the gathering for him. In reality, this was because he desperately wanted to avoid having another dragon take the blame and get in trouble for mistaking a deadly flower for a safe one. Although most of his time was spent gathering herbs and whatnot, Iason did find the time to fuss about with his mane of hair. Every once in a while, he found himself unbraiding and rebraiding his hair with the utmost of care. He also made sure to change the feathers and flowers that he used as decoration with fresh, new ones that he would find while out gathering (he especially enjoyed the smell of fresh flowers). |
