Notes for writeup: Hero and villain in conflict with one another in one final battle. Hero fells villain but in one last act of defiance, villain unleashes cursed that binds his and hero's destinies so that both would die. Because of a deal made with a mysterious entity, the hero gets reincarnated but because of said curse, he is turned into an Abberation once he realizes who he is and you'll never guess who the other mind awakens as.

Tarnished Legacy

A breeding pair of Aberrations with indicators of their color range and potential hatchlings. The potential outcomes are Tarnish primary, Tarnish secondary, and a tertiary range from Sable to Ginger. The primary gene can be Jaguar or Giraffe, the secondary can be Hex or Striation, and the tertiary can be Fangs or Underbelly.
Notes and Fun Facts

  • Abberations finally inspired me to make breeding pairs and Karale + Kyra was my first project for that. I love Tarnish as a color and I think the world needs more of it!
  • For this breeding pair, I wanted a kinda harmony vs. disharmony theme. Karale is disharmony, with both minds being vastly different in terms of alignment and opinion.
  • Their dexterity is bad because they always both try to move at the same time and they're rarely on the same page as to where they're trying to go.
