Even in the egg, she endured conditions that made seasoned warriors flinch, and she has been determined to continue proving her strength. She idolizes the Matriarch, Teiwaz, the strongest warrior in the clan and one who values martial prowess above all else. For that reason, Tesona pushed herself to become ever stronger, quickly climbing the ranks of the clan's warriors to become one of the fiercest in their number. Her efforts to impress the Matriarch did not go unnoticed. She fought fiercely, but unlike those who lost themselves in battle fury, she kept a center of calm within herself. She was able to look over a battle with a strategic eye, and unleash her fury where it would matter most.

For her exceptional prowess, Teiwaz named Tesona her Second, over Neriya, another candidate who had been promising but lacked Tesona's ability to strategize and hold back. Although Tesona is proud of her position, and her regard in the Matriarch's eyes, she takes care to be polite to Neriya, showing her the respect due a warrior of her station rather than lording the position over her. She is a good commander, never leading where she wouldn't go herself, and doing her best to keep those under her command alive while they pursue victory. If the peerless warrior has a single weak spot, it is her mate, Adralnys. She uses her authority to order him away from battle, finding duties that will keep him safely away from the lines. For all her calm and authoritative demeanor, she loves him as fiercely as she does anything else, and couldn't bear the thought of losing her other half.
