Niji is rainbow dragon council, he´s peaceful and hates it when there´s shouting and arguing during meetings, during his free time he sunbathes highest spot in Dragon city or in Rainbow Dragon Lagoon, sometimes he decides to use his element to make some colorful stuff, nothing special as its just for fun.
