Rowan is a sweet and gentle soul, like warmth on a cool autumn day. She arrived to Sōlis with the other Gaolers, Nephre and Palaima. She's by far the friendliest of the trio, eagerly socializing with anyone who has the time, and going out of her way to check in on clanmates. Sometimes she'll even help out at the café and tea house, having an interest in brewing warm, sweet drinks.

The trio of Gaolers had traveled all over Sornieth, facing much distrust and hostility. Rowan took it all in stride, staying optimistic that they'll one day find a place to call home. Cruel remarks and threats meant nothing to her, as she's confident in her strength. Should anyone attack the trio, Rowan could nearly single-handedly defeat any foe. After years of tribulations, they had stumbled upon Astéri Sōlis, a refreshingly welcoming community and a nice change of pace. The group has also since welcomed Hydnellum into their home, and Rowan is glad to see she can grow up without facing the trials that the trio had endured.

She spends most of her days now helping out on the ranch, taking care of the various sheep and cattle the trio have acquired. As Rowan is of the Seeker order, she'll head outside of the clan to hunt Shade creatures, as well as food for the group. She seems the most detached from Gaoler society despite this, and wishes to cultivate as many new skills as she can. This is what led her to her interest in making sweet drinks, making sure to brew it how her fellow Gaolers like.

As she's a very positive and social dragon, Rowan does her best to make friends with every single clanmate. Some are less social than others, but she seems rather oblivious to this fact. Even if someone isn't as kind, she just tilts her head to the side and smiles before continuing with her rambles. She isn't dense, she simply refuses to accept rude behavior; they'll have to be forthright about what they want. Rowan will gladly leave someone alone who is honest about not wanting to talk, and refuses to pick up hints or cues even if she notices them.

Her constant positive attitude is rather unsettling to some, as she never seems to be anything but chipper. Even when hunting down shade-touched creatures, she happily frolics towards them before finishing them off with her heavy, spiked tail. Many of her clanmates are happy that she's on their side, given how terrifying she seems to be in battle. Outside of that, her constant positivity can be charming, since nothing can bring her down. Rowan just wishes to spread happiness and good vibes wherever she goes, even at the most inopportune of times.
