Exalting and mispriced dragons

- Will you return the dragon you bought from me? I didn't realize it would be fodder.
You may ask politely, but I reserve the right to accept or decline on a case by case basis. Please think twice before selling your dragon if you don't want it exalted, because the only place it is safe from exaltation is in your own lair. Please see the Dragon Ownership policy if this is unclear.

- Can I buy a dragon in your fodder tab?
Perhaps. Again, you may ask politely, but I reserve the right to accept or decline on a case by case basis. If I do sell, I'll be looking for at least what I'd get for exalting the dragon. Please inquire via PM with an offer and a link to the dragon.

- Why did you name this fodder dragon x?
Most of my fodder is named by the random name generator.

- Will you rename this dragon for me before you exalt it?
If you send me a renaming scroll, sure! This is assuming I see your message before the dragon is exalted. Please tell me what you would like the dragon named in your message.

- I mispriced my dragon, can I have it back?
Potentially! Send me a PM with a screenshot of the sold receipt and I'll see what I can do.

- Exalting is murder and you suck.
Dragons are pixels, it's a game, and I'm not afraid to block you. Please don't send me messages harassing me for my playstyle.

Sales and trades

- I really want a dragon you have! Will you sell it?
Never hurts to ask, but if it looks like I'm attached I am probably attached so they might be expensive.

- You have a gen 1 in your 'g1 mistakes' den tab that I want. Can I buy it?
Almost certainly! Send me an offer worth the trouble of finding it in my den and we're golden. (If you offer me somewhere in the realm of what I'd get for exalting it I'd probably rather exalt it.) Please also link the dragon in your message so I can find it.

- I want a dragon you're selling but I don't want to pay that much!
I'd be happy to negotiate with you! Feel free to PM me to discuss mixed currency, items as partial, et cetera. However, please don't ask me "how low" I'll go on a dragon; I'm happy to haggle, but not against myself. Note: Profile comments are likely to be deleted. Please PM with a dragon link.

- Do you hold dragons?
In most cases, I am happy to hold for the duration of a private auction, 1 week. If the dragon is particularly fancy, this may be negotiable. In either case, please PM to discuss.

- Will you trade scrolls with me?
Probably not.

- Will you accept art/items/less money for your scroll you're selling?
Probably not.

- Can I have a dragon/an item you're selling/etc for free?
No.

- Did you come up with the dime auction thing?
Someone else came up with penny auctions, but as far as I know I was the first to modify it to a dime auction concept. You're welcome to use it if you want! If you'd like to borrow my spreadsheet concept or a spreadsheet itself, it would be nice to credit me.

Nest rentals

- Can I borrow a nest? I need your element for a project.
Probably! If I have one free just shoot me a PM.

- Do I have to tip?
Nah! Please just send enough food for your dragons to eat while they're nesting, and pick up the new parents and their kiddos reasonably promptly when they're hatched. If you want to say 'thanks' other than that, I collect shiny rocks!

Gifts

- Will you gift me x?
Not if you ask.

- You gifted me something! Can I gift you back?
If you'd like! Usually though I just remind you to pass the favor along when you're able. Doing nice things for people becomes a beautiful cycle. <:

- You gifted me something a while ago, and I don't want it anymore. Now what?
No worries! I understand falling out of love with things. You're welcome to get rid of it, but I would rather you not profit off my generosity; feel free to give it back, regift to a friend, etc. If it's something small, probably not a big deal if you sell it, but if I gave you something of value and you turn it into money I'm probably not going to give you things anymore.

Social

- Do you accept random friend requests?
I sure do not.

- Can I be your friend?
Probably! Try talking to me first, I'm a friendly person.

- Why did you remove my profile comment?
I try to keep business to PMs, and profile comments to friends, front page dragons, etc. If you are trying to do business with me, please don't post it in a comment; I will delete it.

- You removed me from your friendlist! :c
Sorry about that! I occasionally pare down my friend list and remove people I don't recognize or hear from anymore. If you still want to be friends, feel free to send a new request!

- Can I ask you questions?
Sure! I don't mind chatting or explaining things.

- Can I like your dragons? It makes some people uncomfortable.
Sure thing! I love getting likes on my dragons. No need to worry about making me uncomfy, feel free to like as many as you want.

- Why did you block me?
If you're looking at this I probably haven't, but if I did, honestly it was probably something as simple as "you're flipping a dragon I hatched and that's annoying" or something like that. I also block folks who flip fodder from flight auction house to realm during pushes, and people who are weirdly aggressive for no reason. I also tend to block people who have been toxic to me in the past; I refuse to do social gymnastics for a pet site. If you blocked me first, you may also get blocked just so I don't inadvertently interact without realizing. So like, pick your poison I guess.
