A gentle giant, he enjoys spending time in the hatchery among the nesting mothers and their hatchlings. All of his hatchlings have moved on beyond the borders of the clans lands. His scarred exterior should scare them away, but everyone knows he has a soft spot for the younglings. A warrior as well as a scholar: his place in the clan in an interesting affair. At first glance he appears to be a guardian without a charge, nor does he seem in distress about this fact. There are a few in the clan who remember who she had been and what she had meant to him, but they leave it to him whether or not he chooses to tell his story. They only hint at scale blight and a horrible sickness that ravaged the clan and the surrounding areas. He's the resident weather expert and is able to predict the weather almost perfectly despite his grizzled and rough appearence. He was once struck out of the sky in an electric storm while gathering data but that hasn't stopped him form doing what he loves. If anything it compelled him to learn more about the very thing that almost took his life. He is desperate to keep everyone together and protected. Being one of the longest standing clan members has granted him the most time with Makerios. Makerios was the one who taught him how to battle in the coliseum and how to defend those in need. He doesn't really speak of those days past with other members of the clan. He is a close friend and adviser to Nightbird as they had grown up together in their original den located in the land of shadows close to the sea. The two are more than friends but less than lovers and no once can make heads or tails out of their relationship beyond that.
