Amara
The startling light from the Obelisk before you has a stark contrast to the darkness of the forest. Her swirling eyes reflect this light and she smiles gently before guiding you to familiar pathways ══════════════════════════ There’s nothing scary or remotely cruel about this dragon. Taking one look at this dragon anyone could see the compassionate soul and gentle gaze that is an indication of her lineage. Amara is a peaceful dragon, one that can rarely be pushed into a fight. Her honest and friendly mannerism allows her to easily gain the trust of the lost and guide them somewhere more familiar. Amara’s parents taught her the secrets of navigation and the stars. They were the ones to teach her to use her wings as a map and trust her instincts to guide her. Ever since Amara was strong enough to fly, she has guided the lost. At first with her parents and eventually on her own. It wasn’t long before Amara left her parents’ care to find a place to call her own. From there she would start a family, one that would help those lost or in need of their help. The Sanctuary is the ideal home for Amara with its open arms to anyone who needs a place to stay. It’s here Amara met Latifa, an astronomer who shares Amara’s love for helping others. Together they raise a family based on Amara’s lineage and their shared ideals and hobbies. Amara teaches her hatchlings the same way her own parents did. She teaches them how to navigate using the stars even if their wings don’t have the same starmap her own do. | x |
