Sightings of Spirits of Earth are few and far between throughout even the most magically potent spots of Dragonhome. Dragons are thought to be blessed just to see one as nothing more than a glimmer of light watching over them from distant mountain peaks. To the dragons who witnessed one Spirit briefly grace the newly-hatched Obelisk with its presence, who then opened his eyes to reveal overflowing Earth magic, it was said that it had gifted him with its power.

And indeed, Cobblyn has a remarkably strong-hearted soul. He seems to have been born with an uncommon braveness and hardiness, and is quite curious of the tales of the spirit as described to him. These qualities of his tend to get him into trouble, however, when he sticks his nose into places where it doesn't belong... 		.

Relationships

Being surrounded by those who seem to unduly look up to him, a friend like Agaric is a precious one to have. Agaric seemed to despise Cobblyn at first, until the duo got caught up in some trouble together. Cobblyn's capability helped the two out, and the two hatchlings have been friends ever since. Agaric treats Cobblyn with a true level of respect- an earned one- and Cobblyn both understands and appreciates this.

Cobblyn is watched over by Aku, who treats the young child with great care. His mother is a little strict with him, and expects a lot for his future, but treats the little one with lots of care. They often giggle about together at the slightest of things, leaving a smile on surrounding dragons' faces.
