Emyr takes great pride in his wares and his job as a jeweler in general- and it’s easy to see. His small shop, fashioned out of an unused portion of his beach-side home in Port Lanternlea, is decorated with sparkling examples of his great work. Many a dragon has come from all across Sornieth to be fitted with the perfect necklace or stunning rings. The only problem is, Emyr is often blinded by jealousy for other jeweler’s skill. This has caused him to develop an anxious side, always working to be better and constantly worried that one day he’ll fade out of the top choices of any dragon wishing to obtain a fantastically made piece of jewelry. Of course, he still cares deeply about his craft, but in recent years his constant obsession with being better than the rest has pulled his attention away from it. I think Emyr is my favourite, though. There's something beautiful about the way the gradient in the ribbons on that skin is reflected in the way the soft bluish green accent in Peach meets the Turquoise, and the shared pinkish tone in the wing Striation and Chevron stripes brings things together. I love how Wraith makes the blue and gold eyeliner bit of the skin pop too!
