She did not know her mother for long. Her memories of her are fuzzy, to the point that she sometimes struggles to piece her face together from the fragments of multiple memories. Guili's father is always happy to tell stories about her mother when she asks, and it is while listening to these stories that she is able to perfectly remember what her mother looked like.

Her mother and father had always dutifully cared for her themselves over having others do so. When her mother passed, Guili noticed that her father seemed to make up for the lost effort himself. Guili loves her father, but finds that she is rarely alone from him. She does not fully understand the reasoning behind her father's change in behavior, but does know that it's tied to the passing of her mother.

Perhaps when she is older her father will give her more space.
