The angel of death.
Born on that fateful day, he was the original cause for commotion. He represents everything that went wrong that day and has found his way back to Meadow and her followers.
He no longer posses the power to harm, as it was taken from him after the incident. He now relies on Snowy to do his dirty work. Snowy however, is a joke. Spinel must keep searching for an evil being born on the day to keep his dream alive and destroy everything he has learned to be ""home".
He understands if he achieved what he meant to, there would be no gathering. He would have lived his life knowing he destroyed Meadow and prevented all of this. The bad, and the good.
