A sickly hatchling, there was a time when the clan thought Sky might not survive long. But thanks to his strength of will and Thorn's efforts as a healer, survive he did.

Sky isn't much of a fighter--his fight for life as a hatchling took its toll, and he's never been able to match the energy of other young dragons--but thankfully, he lives in a peaceful clan where fighting isn't necessary. He spends much of his time daydreaming. While he is often frustrated and demoralized by his illness, he remains a kindhearted dragon, and though he lacks the energy for the work of a healer, with the amount of time he spends in the recovery den he's become good at offering other sick and injured dragons comfort and company.

Because of this, he managed to form a bond with the then-injured Saar. As the two kept each other company, Sky developed a crush--but knowing Saar planned on leaving, he didn't put words to it. Until Saar surprised him by deciding to stay, and the confession came out as he was expressing his joy about it.

The two are a devoted couple, supporting each other through the hardships their disabilities cause.
