Smitten with the allure of independence and making her own decisions, Rún took the first chance she saw at leaving home. She did not run in the same manner Stórmerki did, not truly, her own drive born solely of a desperate desire to succeed. To make her parents proud, to become someone important in the clan, and to matter. And who was she to refuse when the perfect opportunity nigh on fell into her lap?

But leading an entire branch of Valhall was a terrifyingly large undertaking for a young dragon with lacking experience. There was so much she would have to learn, and undoubtedly plentiful mistakes she'd have to make, but her heart burned with certainty. Even the gods reassured her this was the path her soul was meant to be on when she prayed. The Fates were with her—she would not fail.

With a steady temperament, as long as no one gets it in their heads to challenge her to any sort of contest, Rún was always destined to make an impact on the world. She does not let plentiful tasks or stress get to her, managing to keep her focus where many dragons would surely crumble, and this is a part of her that's only grown stronger with experience.
