Scrimbo is... a thing. They crawled out of a pustule one day that Nergle popped, thinking it was an odd growth in the lair's groundflesh. Chimera, quite fascinated with a dragon born of plaguemeat, took it upon herself to teach Scrimbo everything they know, including molding them into the perfect little puppet for her schemes. As such Scrimbo is incredibly loyal to her and is known to snap at others, including her own daughters, for even minor slights against the matriarch.

Curiously, Scrimbo can "speak" for the lair itself, being able to direct Nergle to problem areas that need pruning or if there are trespassers near the sacrificial maw. Scrimbo refers to themselves in the plural, and never to a single head or entity. They are also not a twin creature in one body but possess many individuals in their vessel which Chimera believes are the creatures that have been fed to the maw over the years, lending to their legion-like personality. They're quite volatile, so Chimera keeps them on a tight leash.
