To call him the Leader of the Collective would defeat the purpose behind their group, as Tunsregankai believes that no flight is above another. But a voice that is respected carries more weight to those who will listen, and it does help to be one of the First to Awaken. However, because Tunsregankai was the founder of their group, its members still tend to consider him higher up the hierarchy.

Electricity gathers in his mane and shaking it releases the energy. It's best not to stand too close when this happens.
