The banescale busted through the walls of the egg, tired of being cooped up for so long. Not a minute before he landed in the warm goop making up the floor and heat source of the nest, he heard a few other cracks. He looked over at the second egg, watching as a orange highlighted head bust through. The male slipped out of the egg, only to get pounced by a freshly hatched female. The final egg cracked open, revealing another dark green male. (yes, I copied this)

"Ahem." A voice called down from above, silencing any and all cries and tussles that were being made between the four. Standing tall compared to the hatchlings, a large brown dragon sporting yellow spines and a curious red and grey lizard. "Alright you four. Let's go get you some food." She carefully picked up the hatchlings and set them outside the walls of the nest, they all happily tapping their feet against the hard stone. Sulphite wasn't sure who lead the charge, but when she had turned her back to tend and get the nest ready again the four were gone. Running down the hallways to be exact.


JW2 was the more talkative and obvious of the bunch, always willing to talk his jaw off or make a distraction for the rest of his siblings. While trying to sneak into the hoard for some midnight snacks, he would make a perfect sleep-walk impression if there happened to be another dragon wandering the halls. This also got him the most in trouble when one of their 'heists' went wrong. It's only been a week and he managed to annoy the great Guardian three times.



Today the mist-quilled Banescale came into the cave, taking the role of their usual brown Guardian. "Ok. What was your group's name? JW? Sounds right. Anyways, we have found another clan that will take in all four of you. Pray I don't receive a letter from Pearl saying to take you back due to you four misbehaving." Exonight began before releasing a tired yawn. Of course they had to go and try to awake him from the den.
"Will we get names?" One of the group asked.
"Names. Hmm. Sounds like Jurassic World, plus you look like you could be dinosaurs. You've caused enough trouble to be ones. So Trike, Rex, Compy, and Stego. Congrats. You now have names. Now follow me."

"B-but we haven't flown that far yet!" "Relax. We're just flying across the bay. Surely you can make the flight after you managed to release all of the hummingbirds from the hoard and caught them all again. Oh yeah. Don't think I didn't see that." He huffed, a small spurt of lightning energy escaping his maw. "Now let's go. And try not to light Pearl, or anything else of their's, on fire." The group gave each other supporting looks, the desire for adventure overpowering fear. Flapping their wings, they followed the older black and white Banescale out of the cave and away from the clan.
