Biography

While the Solstice King ruled in the frigid Southern Icefield, the Conflagrant King reigned in the fires of the Great Furnace. The two rarely saw eye-to-eye, nearly going to war on one notable occasion, but they forged an unlikely alliance to end the Beast. After the Solstice King died, his fiery counterpart returned to his domain and, humiliated by failure to save his ally, ordered that any traces of his trip be erased from the kingdom. It wasn't long until the Beast faded from memory altogether.

Beautiful and haughty, Candela is of the Conflagrant bloodline, and is expected to take the throne and bring her fallen kingdom to prosperity. Under her proud façade she carries a shameful secret- her magic produces no flames, only smoke. But Bounty and the other saviors know for certain that she has the Conflagrant King's magic, and Chell has agreed to help Candela harness it. Candela hopes that by mastering her magic she will become an heir worthy of bringing her kingdom to its former glory.
