Biography
The shifting and rolling expanse of hell was home for Lilith. Demon yells and tortured screams were a common sound among the realm as souls were were unlucky enough to perish here were met with the fate they had chosen for themselves.
The realm of hell wasn’t as pretty as most think, but it wasn’t all bad either. Obsidian palaces littered the center ring of hell, some in various states of decay while others stood still and empty. Vines covered the shining black walls, deep and red, as if the stones were bleeding from the ages of neglect. Mellenia were sure to have passed since the first ones were built. The newest sat in the center most area, surrounded by the decaying relics of past rulers. It’s twisting spires reached into the grey sky, thick with smoke from fires that burned from the chaos that otherwise consumed the realm from demons that ran rampant.
The palace itself was neat, not a single shard out of place from the crystals that decorated the walls and pillars, providing fractaled light to the otherwise dark structure. The glistening obsidian walls were unmarred, reflecting what little light they could. Tattered drapes hung from the ceilings, left forgotten, yet providing the few colors that accent the area. At the forefront of the hall sat a throne, sharpened with shards of obsidian and framed with a backdrop of crystal quartz, reflecting the dancing flames from behind it. A dragon sat in the middle of it all, framed by the orange yellow glow of the crystal and the black obsidian she sat atop.
“Hello, my love,” the silky voice of the dragoness echoed.
“My Queen,” Lilith bowed, showing her respect.
A quiet laugh followed, a soft growl reminiscent of a purr drifting with the words. “You have no need to call me such a title, Lilith.”
“Not doing so in greeting wouldn’t be right, Naamah,” Lilith answered, raising to her feet again. “I may be your mate and viewed equally to you, but I still don’t understand what you see in me - even after all these years of being together.”
“It’s not every day you find a dragoness able to bring a demon to their knees through words alone,” Naamah said softly, brushing against her mate’s body in affection as she circled her. “Your looks are what caught my attention and drew me to you, but your feistiness made me stay,” the dragoness said, placing a claw beneath Lilith’s chin and lifting her head to meet the sultry, loving gaze that fell upon her. “Now, how about we have a little fun, hmm?”
