*A laid back dragoness with a passion for the culinary arts. She is a jack of all trades, and is able to create a variety of dishes and beverages through her years of practice and experimentation. She adores using alcohol in her more savory dishes, and often uses it in her most famous sauces.

*She often gathers or hunts for her own ingredients. Despite appearing as if she lives her life in the kichen, she does enjoy a good hunt and is skilled in doing so.

*Her work spaces are filled to the brim with potted plants kept alive in the Southern Icefield due to enchantments and extra care.

*She enjoys plants in general. While she lives in the Southern Icefield, a part of her wishes she still lived in the wind territory so she could easily farm and tend to a full garden.

*She runs a quaint tavern along one of the merchants' trade routes, and is always happy to offer them warm meals as well as fresh food goods and the occasional pelt from her hunts. She may not travel with the rest of them, but is well liked within their group and on good terms with everyone.

*She's also surprisingly good at making tea, though her flavors are quite exotic and take a certain dragon to really enjoy them.

*She believes strongly in trial and error- a lot of her best recipes were accidental and took many mistakes before they were perfected. The same goes for her tavern itself. Demeter has always wanted to share her gifts of culinary art with others, but never wanted to be stifled by having a boss above her. It wasn't easy to find the ideal location, even within the Wind territories she grew up in. Travelers were simply to active to settle down and enjoy the best of her services, and she lacked a lot of the experience she needed either way. She has traveled and attempted to settle in multiple territories until she made her home and tavern in the Southern Icefield. It seemed her tavern and cooking were just what the bleak Southern Icefields needed, and she has been thriving ever since.
