Rumors of swamp lights leading travels astray are abundant and taken rather seriously. If, though, you find yourself ignoring the warnings and traveling the murky veins in the dark, keep one warning to heart: do not talk to the veilspun that rise from the waters. Do not follow them to their home, do not take of their food and kindness, for if you do then, truly then, you'll never leave the gladeveins again. At least, not in a way that's recognizable because they will change your body and alter your mind to match their image.
