Life for Rosi started as a Mirror; a ravenous, hungry creature that suddenly came to life deep in the Starfall Isles. It was here that he met his mate, mere moments after his spontaneous creation. Both were confused and alone, scared with no place to go or call home. They formed a tight bond, staying together throughout their travels, through thick and thin as the other was the only home they’d ever come to know.

This was the foundation for the love they slowly forged, finding comfort and trust in the other through every struggle and trial they faced. Everything they went through, they’d gone through together. As time and adventures passed, they grew unable to bear being without the other, and the bond they shared morphed gently and naturally into that of a mated pair.

However, they were still loners, two dragons without a place to call home nor a family of their own. They became two aimless vagabonds traversing the world together. In search of what? They did not know.

A lone Imperial named Aquanora, who called the Crystalspine reaches home, was the first to join them.hiswas massive and brilliantly blue, shimmering gems littering her iridescent form. She was as gorgeous as she was lonely, her parents having both gone to serve the Arcanist, leaving her behind and alone. While she’d had a few mates here and there, none of them lasted long, leaving her alone again.

She took a liking to the pair, finding comfort in the struggles of solitude they all shared. The sentiment was returned. As Rosi and Rosa prepared to leave again, in search of food as Mirrors always were, Aquanora prepared to depart as well. She’d found a family of sorts. Two kind dragons, just like her, and she wasn’t going to give that up. So, she joined them in their wandering.

Rosi nor Rosa minded the company. In fact, Aquanora was a rather adept fighter and often used her massive size and strength to the advantage of her and her comrades, taking out enemies and dinner with similar ease, much to the appreciation of the others.

The merry little trio wandered to every corner of Sornieth, growing in size as they often stumbled across wayfaring dragons without a clan just like them. Many joined as they too found a family in the ragtag band of dragons.

As their group soon reached rather massive proportions, the two found themselves no longer fit to lead. They needed strength, level-headedness, and the passion to protect. As a ferocious Mirror, Rosi found himself to be too rash and impulsive to do so properly, and so, resorting to magic, he took on the form of a Guardian with his mate. They found the species' need for a charge and protective nature a solid fit for leading. Rosi's clan's safety and guidance immediately became her charge, as well as his mate's. As the clan was massive, the two of them found harmony in their shared charge, each caring for it in different ways. Under their scrutiny and intense care, it flourished.

As they settled, they studied. Instead of looking to the stars as Arcane dragons do, they looked to the world around them, becoming intensely fascinated by the other flights and their ways of life. Ice in particular fascinated the pair. Although already Guardians, tendencies from life as Mirrors were still ingrained in their brains, and Ice was known to have ideals of calm, analytical and emotional restraint. They sought to learn their ways, as well as learn all the secrets and history frozen in time. After great deliberation, they migrated, taking their leave and settling into the caves carved out in the Cloudscape Crags by dragons before them.

The clan continued to grow in size, and sometimes became a bit overwhelming for the pair. Aquanora responded to the plight of her friends by taking it upon herself to help the two lead. She was older and wiser, with ideals similar to their own, and had massive size and presence to back her up. Having known her since nearly as long as they’d been alive, they appointed her to Empress, a leader alongside Rosi and his mate.

Soon after her appointment, they grew unsettled by the things that were happening in the Southern Icefield. For one, Ice was constantly at war with other flights, and as a clan that had dragons from all flights and walks of life, it disturbed them greatly. What disturbed them even moreso were the rumors of imprisoned creatures, with many a clanmate swearing they could hear their cries each night.

A godsend soon came their way: a Fire Coatl melted away enough ice with his own careful heat to unearth ancient parchments, scribbled with tales of the Earthshaker and the flight he led. They poured over the script, absorbing each word as they gradually realized their place in the world. The Earthshaker’s ideology was near identical to their own; he simply longed for peace between the warring flights and for his brothers and sisters to work together as a harmonious group and unite against things that threatened their world.

It soon became apparent that Dragonhome was where they belonged; a place where they could make a difference in this peaceful cause. After the Earthshaker’s approval of their move, they once again migrated, this time towards their true home.

As their clan’s role in the world changed, so did they, deciding to retire as the leaders and further Earth’s peaceful cause. In their retirement, they took the new form of two happy, kind Coatls. They finally felt complete through and through, and continued their ideology of peace through taking in orphaned dragons of all flights and helping them transform into what they truly wanted to be while still pursuing peace across the globe.
