One of Hannibal's few friends, and an eccentric one at that. Spooky lets Hannibal experiment on him, at least when it comes to electricity - he's somehow entirely unaffected by it...

STORY

Hannibal was born, by no uncertain terms, strangely. Borne of an enchanted pumpkin and raised by two farmers, he grew up knowing he wasn't quite a dragon, but not entirely something else. His experiments began at the age of seven when he would find lifeless animals and attempt to reanimate them through means of electricity, and eventually witchcraft, turning finally to necromancy when his previous attempts didn't work. This led to the (re)surrection of his partner "Ock," a dragon entirely insane and entirely indracon. With a victory secured, Hannibal began a business of his own, resurrecting dragons for a steep price. Things are going just swell for him and Ock.
