Raised by Clot and Carp the same time Veins has been around, they both grew up very close, though Moxi took a different route with personality.

He's extremely friendly, extremely nice, and ultimately super useless. Carp can't find a good thing about him but Clot lets him frolic the mountain range as he wished. One day they will find a good use for him, but for the time being, it won't hurt to let him sunbathe and stay out of the way.

He was white originally but rolled around in grass long enough to become green because dragons don't use detergent. The green tint on his scales and fur is a result of grass stain.

Moxi is near-sighted but everyone assumed he was just clumsy and he himself never doubted that the trees weren't supposed to look so blurry. They have yet to get him to stay still to get the knots out his hair.
