Wirt

A highly intelligent, yet awkward, dragon. His knowledge spans from poetry and music to interior decorating, though most of that does him no good in his personal life. In an attempt to avoid a social blunder, he got himself lost, though during his wonderings, he came across a blue sort of bird, known commonly as a Snow Streak. To his surprise, she could communicate with him, and since he had saved her from some... *ahem*, 'viscous' Bumbles, told him she would help him get home.

After coming across obstacles and detours, the group was nearing Adelaide, a witch that Beatrice claimed could get him and his little brother home. However, the small bird seemed to have attached herself to the boys. Suddenly, during the night, she disappeared, only to be found later at Adelaide's, where they found out the true story. In exchange for them, Beatrice would get the item that would turn her back into a dragon. Feeling betrayed, Wirt left the house after Adelaide was defeated, only taking his brother, and leaving behind Beatrice.
