A popular location to enjoy an evening treat, the Sornieth Shave Ice parlor is full of life and sweet energy. The busy little shop hustles and bustles as the orders are prepped and filled. The quickly moving Nocturne behind the counter happily douses her creations in bright colored syrups and all those within are cheerfully enjoying their selections. It is the most popular venue in the lair, and it is frequented by many denizens of the Fortress of Ends. Tonight a couple of dragons, Jane and Rhoslyn, are peering into the counter area, requesting a special treat; Green Apple, a sweet concoction of Tart Green Apples, with hints of Cinnamon Sugar. They watch the spectacle of its production with eager anticipation, and wait patiently for the call, “Orders Up!”.  more infoJane found him, afflicted with a serious lack of his own memories, foraging among a deep thicket. His flank showed gashes and scrapes, which was partly obscured by the branches and leaves he had donned for covering; he was obviously out of his element, not what would be expected of a true nature forest-dwelling drake. He carried about him several magical trinkets, and she could tell he was well in tune with the elemental forces, but his true nature was lost with his memory of himself. She called him Rhoslyn and brought him back to the lair where she's nurtured for him back to health. While his memory never returned, he was easily taken to life in the lair but retained a bit of his amateur level foraging habits. Jane found it difficult to ignore that Rhoslyn was an exemplary specimen of a male, and soon she had been swept up in a deep infatuation. Offspring from this pair will be inquisitive and enjoy tagging along with their father on nature walks. They often play little pranks, and have a habit of disappearing at times. They always have a twinkle in their eye, and may also have a habit of teasing. |
