Seer

Born into the Yveate Tribe in the Tangled Wood, Seer was conceived without view. Hatching years after his brother, Cloak ( https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/67752889 ) it wasn't obvious from birth that he had no sight. Seer was more recluse than the dragonets of his age, more calm, and collective, he carried himself as if he always knew exactly where he was headed. It wasn't until years later when his mother asked him his opinion on necklace that it was clear he was blind. At first no one believed it, he always knew where he was, always knew who he was talking too, it was absurd. The only one who knew from the start was Ceria, one of the animus elders of the tribe. She revealed to Seer that she had simply waited until the tribe knew before approaching him completely. He began to apprentice under her, learning that he wasn't as blind as everyone thought. He could see, but not through his own eyes, he could see into the future. Ceria taught him about his abilities, he would retain his power as long as he never told a soul what he saw, he could direct them, help them, and attempt to guide them, but if he spoke a single word of his vision, the bond would be broke and he would truly lose his sight.
At first it was only milliseconds, then seconds, working up to minutes, until he could see years into the future as he matured. Though his ability granted him solace, it also tore him up inside. He could see dear friends pass in unimaginable ways, wars where no side could ever truly win, and sickness that could ratify the land. And yet he could seek no comfort, only in himself could he rely on- he feared that if his power dwindled, his tribe could no longer survive.
