WHAT TO ADD
The most important information to include is your username, the dates she was with you, and your flight at the time of her visit.
Other than that, feel free to add just about anything you feel like! A short story of Venus's time in your clan, an interaction she had with one of your clan members, a travel journey entry, or anything in between. Give her a tour of your clan! If you aren't much one for lore or writing, that's okay too. You can add an item to her bio as a souvenier she takes back with her. Don't worry too much about formatting, I will make sure it's neat while still maintaining the information you have added. Feel free to get creative and add your mark to Venus's travels across Sorneith!

Venus visited zerrace's clan in Lightning from 3/27/2021 to 4/9/2021.

Though the sky was dark and overcast, the landscape was illuminated in pulses by the flashes of lightning that filled the clouds overhead. Venus looked out over the bleak landscape, surveying the crags and crevices of the steep canyon walls. The very air of this place was filled with energy as lightning crackled and hot winds whipped dust into her eyes. Squinting into the distance, Venus could have sworn she spotted the shuffling of a wing or the swinging of a tail, but it was difficult to tell apart a dragon from a beast, or even from the movement of the air itself.
Frustrated, she pulled out the map of her destination. Frowning at the page, the wildclaw muttered to herself, "just past the Emberglow Hearth, a big split off of the Carrion Canyon, the Fulgurite Chasm should be here!"
"You're lookin' for the Chasm?"
Venus jumped as a rough voice sounded from behind her.
"Er, yes, I am," she responded as she turned to face a massive Ridgeback. The dragon was dull grey and brown, with a vibrant orange pattern of a skeleton painted across her scales. She leaned on an enormous staff that Venus realized must have once been a small tree. Though the sheer scale of this stranger was intimidating, the ambassador found that she could not help but be fascinated by the plain but practical manner in which she was dressed, and the casual way she held herself that still conveyed the absolute power that filled every scale. A red tailed boa was draped languidly over her broad shoulders, gently flicking its tongue up towards its keeper as the canyon winds dragged dust through the air around them. Venus did not feel threatened by the dragon before her, but instead found herself enthralled by the prospect of meeting someone so different from herself in almost every way.

The ridgeback examined the traveller back in turn. As a member of the Stormguard, Oakley was well aware of the Ambassador program the dragons of the Fulgurite Chasm had agreed upon, which would invite other dragons into the clan for a period of time to "promote interconnectedness between the clans of Sorneith," or some such nonsense. As far as she was concerned, though, Oakley believed that inviting strange dragons into the Chasm could only welcome either trouble for the clan, or haughty dragons whose Ambassador status made them believe they were better than dragons like her who were happy to settle down and live with the same clan for their whole lives. That's why, as she glared down into the sharp, deep purple eyes of the unfamiliar wildclaw before her, Oakley was surprised to find the gaze of a gentle yet fiercely intelligent dragon gazing back at her. Though she would not trust this dragon completely, she decided that it would be worth helping her, at least to lead her to the Fulgurite Chasm.
"Right then. Follow me," Oakley instructed as she threw her wings open and took off towards the lair.

When the large dragon finally banked down for a landing, Venus at first had no idea why their flight was over. She could see no change in the bleak, rocky landscape that indicated the presence of the ancient lair of dragons she was told to expect of the Fulgurite Chasm. In fact, she could see no signs of any chasm at all. Still, she delicately followed suit and landed on the outcrop next to her guide. The pair had exchanged very few words on their flight, as the ridgeback seemed to prefer flying in silence. The few times Venus had opened her mouth to properly introduce herself and ask for the name of her companion, she was immediately met with a facefull of dust that sent her into a coughing fit that nearly knocked her out of the sky before she could recover. Though the other dragon did not so much as slow down for her, Venus did hear a response, and thus learned that the rough dragon leading her through a strange land was named Oakley.
Standing on the outcropping, Venus squinted up at the steep canyon wall before her, trying to make out the signs of dragon life that supposedly existed in this place. She noticed Oakley was staring at her, almost as if she was waiting to see if Venus could figure out the lair for herself. She examined every crevice of the cliff face, waiting to see a flicker of movement from a tail or the flap of a wing in the flash of a lightning bolt, yet the landscape remained defiantly still. The crackling clouds illuminated the scene once more, and Venus finally realized what it was she was supposed to be looking for. Hidden amongst the dull rocks that comprised the canyon wall were gleaming veins of brilliant deep blue and vibrant red that branched through the stone. Venus traced the formation with her eyes by the reflection of the sky as lightning flashed across its shimmering surface, and found herself looking at the origin of the lair's namesake. Atop the cliff face was a spire of fulgurite, jutting into the sky to reach for the place where once, long ago, a bolt of lightning had struck the surface of long-gone sand in a powerful event that left a trail of glass where the electricity had passed through the ground. Now, a canyon carved through the earth and exposed the branching trails of fulgurite to the surface once more, creating a startling effect in which the rocks themselves seemed to be bristling with electricity from long ago. This place that Venus had first regarded as nothing but a barren scape of dust and stone had, at last, revealed to her the stunning beauty of its ancient origin.

Oakley entered her home, allowing the stranger to trail behind her into the grand crack branching off of the main Carrion Canyon. Though she was originally hesitant to allow in the outsider, seeing the amazement in Venus's eyes as she discovered the lair so earnestly, for whatever reason, reassured her. This was a dragon who seemed to truly be driven by the discoveries to be found around Sorneith. The wonder of the world, of seeing a place so foreign to what the wildclaw called home, had brought a look to her face that Oakley was unsure if she would ever know for herself. She had never realized how much she had closed herself off from the outside world by confining herself to the Chasm. She loved the dragons of the Chasm and would do anything to protect them, but she was beginning to understand that she can't protect them by simply removing them from the outside world. Oakley looked over her shoulder, to the Ambassador still standing hesitantly in the entrance of the lair, squinting as dust flew around her face. The ridgeback reached for a rag, handing it to Venus with a soft smile. Equipped with a dust mask and lightning protective gear, the wrap was sure to be of some help. Venus seemed almost taken aback by the gesture, accepting it graciously and quickly donning the gear. As they headed into the depths of the cavern together, Oakley prepared a proper tour of the lair that she only hoped could make up for the cold welcome she had greeted her guest with.

The Fulgurite Chasm was everything Venus had expected and more. Filled with whirring machines and buzzing wires, the very walls of the chasm seemed to be alive with innovation. Busy dragons stopped what they were doing to say hello to Venus and give her a glimpse at their work. An energetic spiral wrapped around the nose of a great furnace of a ridgeback demonstrated how he uses the heat of his partner's breath to blow glass and create intricate wares. A well-travelled skydancer swept in to the lair and shared tales of his most recent adventures in the Nature flight, delivering messages an estranged imperial had sent back home. A team of experimental engineers shared their current project: a system of wires and electricity that allows the user to communicate with any dragon anywhere else in the lair, and their demonstration only resulted in minor electrocutions—something they swore was a promising sign.
The whole time, though, Venus was focused on one thing: the dragon giving the tour. Oakley had been silently leading Venus around the lair, gruffly introducing her to other dragons and then looking at the ambassador in a way that was almost like she was looking for... approval? Venus was absolutely baffled by it. The giant dragon had never seemed to care much about what Venus thought before now, but something had changed back when they first entered the crevice. She supposed it must have something to do with the dragon being more comfortable in her own home, but she was sure that couldn't be all. Her whole demeanor had shifted, and Venus couldn't help but feel warmly for her guide. When the time came for her to finally say goodbye, Oakley guided her as far South as the Fire border, then motioned for a landing on an outcropping of hot rock. The ridgeback seemed amost sheepish as she pulled a small polished ring from our of her vest pocket.
"Here, to keep you safe for the rest of your flight."
Venus was taken aback as she allowed her friend to slip the band onto her horn. "I - thank you," she stammered.
"Of course," Oakley replied, "and 'sides, I can't have you forgetting about your visit soon as ya get back to your freezing home," she chided.
Venus thought for a bit, then slid off an ornate pearl bracelet from her wrist. Oakley took a step back trying to refuse the gift, but Venus insisted. "Oh come now, don't think I'll let you forget me either." Reluctantly, the great member of Stormguard allowed the Ambassador to fit the bracelet snugly around one of her fingers. The two dragons shared but a moment more before Venus departed for the Icesong Hollow in one great, dusty flap.
