Shoreline

Shoreline, as a Ridgeback, would NOT be someone you'd expect to work at a beachside resort, let alone this close to the water- but here he is. He's always seen at the front desk, but whether he's working or sleeping is another question altogether. Shoreline is always drowse, leaning his cheek against his hand and trying his best to not completely doze off in the middle of work- leading to his head bobbing up and down as he goes in and out of a nap.

By no means is he a bad worker, but he most certainly is a lazy one. When there's people at the resort in need of his assistance, he'll always provide excellent answers and aid (he just doesn't fancy leaving his comfy spot behind the desk). But as soon as he's alone, expect to hear a soft snoring coming from the ridgeback as he does his "best" to stay awake. Caffeinated drink cans litter his workspace just out of the visitors' line of sight, but they never seem to work on him.

You'd assume that a fire dragon would be quite well aligned with the sun's heat, but not only does he get sleepy in the sunlight, he's also a ridgeback with a strong water dislike- so how he ended up working at a beast resort is anyone's guess. His biggest oddity, however, is the fact that his capsule gene- perhaps the only liquid that he's not revolted by other than caffeine drinks- is full of small, vibrant fish. He's like a living fish tank, a walking beach resort decoration that many hatchlings find fascinating and amusing. The species he houses are native to the waters around the resort, and he helps keep the endangered ones safe.
