B I O G R A P H Y
The storm began to pick up its pace and soon enough a large tree came crashing down in front of clan leader Bermuda and the elder guardian Bernfried, both too scared to push any further through the gushing wind and the ravenging rain, the two stood close together squinting through the darkened pathway behind them. "Maybe we should turn back and warn the others"! Bermuda yelled through the loud cracks of thunder crashing beside them. "No! We need to get these tools! Our nests are in bad shape as it is already, we need to hurry and get this before it gets any worse"! Bernfried stood, her wing shifted over her head like an umbrella while the other spread out to try and shade the smaller and younger female. "Our nest would do fine with the weeds that Tyrell brewed up!" Bernfried was never big on magic, it worked... However this storm was just too much and some of the weed back in the nesting grounds were stripping apart. Bernfried looked unpleased with Bermuda's remarks.

"If you're not cut out to push through this storm to get simple supplies are you fit enough to lead? When i was leader there was no turning back and giving bad news, it was always push forward and find ways to get around these sort of things, just because a simple oak tree has fallen it doesnt mean our journey stops here dear friend"! Bernfried slowly made her way around, bumping bermuda behind to follow and stay under her wing. Bermuda wasnt very pleased with bernfrieds speech however followed in hopes to get what they needed to make this storm shelter stronger.

Further on down the path and they seemed to have made a circle as they are back at the same tree yet again. At first they shrugged it off thinking that they took a wrong turn but after a few more long walks around it seems that they are stuck.
"Did we just take the wrong turn again"? Bermuda puffed, the rain sticking to its heavy pace however the wind soon began to lift up the two dragons feet. No storm has ever picked up any dragon from off it's feet. It was indeed strange and unusual which panicked both dragons, flapping their wings wildly to get out of the storm. The only thing that did was make them go higher and higher till they were in the clouds, bolts of lightening zipped around them, flashing one by one. Each flash had shown a long bodied dragon circling around them, it's shape was exactly like the spirals that were back in the den however it brought a strange and different presence than the fun loving annoying dragons that they know back home.

"Did you see that? What the hell was it"? The imperial glared over her shoulder to witness Bernfried being dragged by the strange dragon like creature. Bermuda had gotten a quick glimpse of the dragon, it was a spiral, though it had it's horns stuck out like a deer's antlers, its eyes similar to a cats eyes and wings much wider than its body. It terrified Bermuda and with all her force she pushed through against the wind to save Bernfried who she can hear struggles and cries. After a while of fighting this storm it suddenly dies down, less cracks in the sky, less rumbling through the air and the wind peacefully breezing by their soft silky wings.

As the skies cleared up, Bermuda swiftly glided against the tree tops in search for the Guardian female she was travelling with. After a few minutes of searching she caught a glimpse of Bernfried's pattern almost perfectly blending with the fallen tree that sat across their original path. Bernfried landed and trotted towards the fallen dragon, still woozy and dizzy from the wild flight. She sat beside Bernfried and nudged the side of her head. "Hey...are you still alive"? After a few more nudges and the sun warming up their drenched scales and manes, bernfried opened her eyes slowly and started to shiver. "I know what he is... did you know we just encountered the Windsnatcher"? Bermuda flopped beside Bernfried taking in the words that the guardian has said "Is that... real? like what we just experienced, this wasnt a dream"? She said rubbing her head. Bernfried shook her head as she slowly pushed herself up from the muddy ground. "Surprisingly yes... I remember our teachers and parents talking about that stuff when i was a hatchling... we all thought it was complete make belief but now that this experience has happened, i must beware the others back home"! Bernfried stood, clawing into the mud as she began to march back home ahead of Bermuda who was now getting back up onto her wobbling knees. "I've never heard of this story? How come we never heard of this"?
"It's because we believed that our children should hear real stories to help them learn and grow, not the ones made to scare and weaken the little ones into not wanting to go inside the dark forest that surrounds our patch"! Bernfried hummed before telling the whole story about this folklore to the young leader.
