The mirror world is slightly warmer than you'd expect. It is set within a metal casing, after all, it makes perfect sense when you think about it. Though you may not necessarily notice, as nothing seems all that different from the world you'd left behind. You're far too busy focusing on the grandeur of the entire room being flipped.
Were you to step through the (veil) on a hot day, you might never pick up on it. Its slight, subtle; the difference between 80* and 85*, the difference between sweating and the delirating heat exhaustion from overheating. This isn't that type of warm, but it is subtle all the same. It is nothing but an afterthought, a trick of the mind, you think.
The temperature is the first and most immediate alteration.
The first warning that things may not be as similar as you are led to believe looking at the furnishings scattered about that simply seem flipped.
Taking your first step further into the room, you completely forget that there is a temperature. Of course you feel warmer, blood is pumping through your veins as you begin to feel more and more excited at the prospect of another world! A world so very much like your own, but so slightly different!
Another step, you glance around you and back at the mirror you came through. Your world, is now the faded one behind reflections. You stop to ponder if that makes your home the reflection now, but shake off the unnerving thoughts to mess with this alternate version of your reality.
The next change is equally subtle. The room is shorter than the room you're familiar with, and in your excitement about the dozens of possibilities and what this discovery could mean, you take this as another trick of your mind. You think you're simply walking faster- buzzing with excitement, which you are, and that is why you dont notice the differences in size.
The room is shorter, and the proportions are changing more than they should.
The closer you get to a door, the larger it should become, and the further away, the smaller. Naturally. But everything in the room seems to grow or shrink exponentially if you are not directly in front of it. Your brow furrows as you pass a chair that is slightly larger than you remember. A chill runs down your spine, and looking back at the mirror you came through, it is gone.
You stop, not comprehending where the mirror went until you recognize what is in your peripheral vision. The chair you passed is ever so slightly larger than it was a moment ago. The illusion shatters for a moment, and you look back at the door you were headed towards. It is gigantic, stretched and twisted, warped; somehow both touching the ceiling and looming forward above your head.

oh my god how do people do this its hard enough with words and sentences rather than enitire passages of characters that all read as the same package backward.)
You never shouldve gone, you seem to be unharmed.
Passing through the stilled cool glass, recognition sounds alarm.
The unseen moves, engulfed, amassed, startled. The darkness grows, and rather suddenly it drops. A bright light flickers to life, quite startling, and you stop.
You pick a path and run, forget your choice and hide? You cant go back if you pick wrong. How do you decide?
Which way do you choose? Which way do you go?
Nervous, you stumble through the darkened paths, surrounded in the wood.
Not a bit of it is good.
Well, my dear, whatever finds you here, theres no way for you to know. Confused.
It feels as though youve gotten lost.
Hoping you will be unseen by that which is unknown, you freeze, halt and hold your breath.
A singsong voice calls from beyond, "Welcome to my domain."
You see nothing there but and eyes that do not seem so fond.
An eerie laugh sounds, you turn your heard to stare. "Che che che"
You wish you weren't here.
